Shipping Terms

General Shipping Notes:

We strive to ship all in stock (available) orders within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted in the product description or here on this page. Again this is our goal and cannot always be met.

Please be sure you read item descriptions in full as they contain lead-time info for special order items that may show as "available".

Transit times shown for most shipping methods are only estimates!!! Guarantees are only based upon the guarantee put in place by the shipping carrier. Factory Minibikes provides this estimate as a courtesy.

Signature is required on all shipments $700 or more as well as all of the paid shipping services. This is not something that can be avoided. It is a requirement and no exceptions can be made. Please also be aware that ANY order may have signature confirmation regardless of its value.

Please be aware if you have ordered multiple items they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different dates and/or carriers.

Shipping insurance is included with ALL of our paid shipping methods. Free shipping option does NOT include package insurance. See the free shipping section below for more details.

Free Shipping:

Orders placed with the Free Shipping option must provide a physical address. If only a PO Box is supplied the order will be put on hold until a valid address can be provided. No exceptions.

Insurance is not included with ANY of the free shipping services. We are not liable for any damage or missing shipments that may arise. If you want to be sure your shipment is fully insured and covered for full reimbursement in the event something happens, then you will need to make sure you purchase a method other than our free option.

Oversized items do not qualify for the Free Shipping program. Shipping will be added for those items only. Adding other non oversized items will not impact that cost.

Free shipping terms are FOB origin, Freight Pre-paid.


Shipping Discrepancies:
All issues MUST be reported within 3 days of delivery to you.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
