race winning KLX110 engine package. The Keihin D-Slide offers exceptional power gains when used in conjunction with BBR’s 160cc bore kit and Kitaco’s SE Race Head. This is the same carb used by the BBR Race Team.

• Pre-jetted with # 38 pilot jet and # 135 main jet. (see jetting notes below)
Recommended for 160cc motors or larger with aftermarket race head. Resulting power curve is best suited for Expert level riders. Race Team Tip: Use the OEM plastic manifold spacer to correctly position carb and reduce heat to the manifold. The spacer’s inner hole must be modified to match intake manifold for this mod to work best.
Jetting Tips: For most built motors start with a # 42 or # 45 pilot with a # 120 or # 125 main as a base line starting point.
