The ultimate disc brake kit for your Marzocchi KLX110 forks. Kit includes a lightweight 32 hole hub that allows you to run aftermarket colored rims. The kit features a BBR full-floating caliper brake system, 220mm Galfer Wave Rotor, 12” Heavy Duty spokes. Also comes with a BBR throttle assembly that fits perfectly with the Honda-style brake lever, a BBR cable guide and all the mounting hardware you need to get the kit installed! The 220mm rotor will give you maximum stopping power for SuperMoto racing. Not recommnded for MX use due to low caliper mount location. Improved lever feel and feed back allow the rider to get much stronger and progressive braking. Wave rotors are also great for keeping mud off the surface friction plate, allowing for the brake pad's durability to be extended in muddy conditions. This is a complete billet anodized head breather kit for your KLX Cylinder Head. They help vent the extra pressure your big bore motor is producing. As an extra bonus, they look really nice and compliment any other billet covers you may have.

These 20mm carbs have proven to be extremely reliable and low maintenance carbs. We also have jet kits for these carbs as well as intakes, airfilters, and cables. Note, these will not fit stock Honda 50cc intakes.

165cc Big Bore Kit:
- All aluminum ceramic plated 64mm skirtless cylinder - Lightweight high compression 64mm piston with rings, pin, & clips - Head gasket kit - includes the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket.
This is our most affordable 165 bore kit for the KLX110. Works great with your KLX stock head, our Race Head, or our new V2 Race Head. The kit includes an all aluminum ceramic plated 64mm skirtless cylinder which will increase your engine displacement to 165cc. This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). Additionally, our head gasket kit includes a head o-ring set and exhaust gasket so you don't have to re-use your old ones or make a trip to your local dealer to get new ones and spend more money. The new bore kit consists of high quality parts and requires no machining to the cases - bolt on and go!
There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don't have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available in this section or from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.
